An excellent starting point for anyone looking to improve their fitness, build self confidence or just to try something new and awesome! Through quality instruction, students will learn the fundamental techniques and concepts, along with the proper conditioning for entry level <combat kickboxing> sports.

This class offers students the opportunity to consolidate techniques by learning to apply them through the use of various pad work, heavy bag and controlled partner drills. At this point, students are introduced to the competitive level strength and conditioning, as well as advance techniques and principles.
Competitive Team Training

Competitive team training offers an elite level of conditioning for athletes preparing for a fight or those looking to take their training to the next level. This high intensity class engages students to apply and adapt the learned techniques and principles while under pressure. This class is for competitive team members only. (See insurance form) *Students require full gear to attend. No exceptions.
Women Only Turbokick
Our Women Only classes are all about girl power! Our goal is to empower women, building confidence and self esteem by learning the basic techniques of combat sports while getting a good sweat on and working those muscles! Great for all ages!
Little Lions is geared towards 3-5 year olds. This class teaches children how to focus, learn to follow simple instruction and starts them on the path of becoming leaders. This class teaches martial values without teaching children to strike just yet!
The Little Ninjas program teaches 5-7 year olds to follow instructions, show respect and teaches them to be better listeners (in and out of the classroom!) They learn basic Kickboxing and self defence skills in a very fun atmosphere!
The Shadow Boxers program is for ages 9-12. This program enforces the above and also helps develop leadership skills, promotes better work ethic and is a great way to learn anti-bullying skills. These students will learn beginner and intermediate kickboxing skills with the option to compete when ready.
Our Teens Program is for ages 12-15 and helps break teens out of their shells! We help build confidence, co-ordination and leadership to this group, while focusing on basics and more advanced skills.
We have an abundance of fitness programs for every fitness level and age group. There are no age limits to our fitness classes; we welcome mother, father, son, daughter, grandma and grandpa too! We adapt our classes to various fitness levels and are able to help accommodate injuries or ailments to help you succeed in our classes! We currently offer Tai Chi, Turbokick, Full body workouts (various between plyometrics, HIIT, circuit training, etc...), step class, and even Yoga. All of our trainers and instructors are top notch. We pride ourselves on our high level of training!
Renzo Gracie Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and fighting technique that is designed to help people of any size defend themselves. It’s also a terrific way to tone and firm your body and reap the health benefits of martial arts. It’s great for kids of all ages and sizes and perfect for making a child “bully-proof”.

Now that we have Jiu Jitsu and a high level team of experienced ground guys, we have the ability to offer high end training for anyone looking to try MMA.
